Whats new

All right! So here is what's new with me! I have in the last week gotten into a fitness kick! Now, I have battled my weight all my life, and have many times in the past done this. So, why is this time different you may ask? Well I'm tired of looking in the mirror and being discusted by the way I look! Also, I have joined an awesome group on fb, that has inspired me. Its nice to feel not alone in this struggle/battle, that I face. So I have decided, to feel better about myself I need to maake some definet changes. That means for me to lay off carbs, sweets, and eat more veggies/drink more water. Also gasp, excercise!! Yes I have been pushing myself to spend time on the treadmill. So its day three,of implementing these things, and while I am feeling some what more energetic. I still struggle with the sweets and staying on track with the excersing thing!! Ugggggg, I hate that I get into these lazy funks. So far, all is good. More to come

Today my valentines day consisted of lisening to spotify and reading my favorite author Kristen Ashley, I absolutely love her writing style and love her series Rock Chicks. More will follow on exactly why I love her books :)
